In today’s date, various Land Owner / Developer of any immoveable properties have not yet conveyed the said properties in favour of the
Co. Operative Housing Societies formed by the occupants of such building. As a result, name of such Society does not appear in the property
card maintained by the City Survey Records and as such the members may be deprived their legitimate rights, title and interest over the property.
With the law favouring deemed conveyance having come into force; this can be achieved on
completion of certain statutory requirements as laid down in the MOFA Act.
